methanol and chloroform, the hair samples are incubated in a buffer
solution and finally the
incubated materials are filtered through a gravimetric filter paper,
from which proteins are
removed from the filtrate
- Amino acids have a wide range
of uses in food processing and handling: as nutrients, dietary
supplements, flavour enhancers, salt substitutes, colouring aids,
anti-oxidants, preservatives, texturizers, dough conditioner or
strengtheners
